Sin, that which separates me/us from God, causes spiritual, relational and emotional death. God, Creature of Life, desires life, life abundant for His creation, all of it. I, in my sin, cause death, not only to myself but to others around me. My family, friends and the congregations & communities God calls me to serve and lead. It is grace from God that allows forgiveness of sin(s), do I move to, in and receive that grace? Am I living in God’s covenant and the covenant of a believing community by rejecting sinful choices? O that I would not defile myself, others or the love God offers me.
