“Oh, how I hated discipline, and my heart despised reproof! I did not listen to the voice of my teachers or incline my ear to my instructors. Now I am at the point of utter ruin in the public assembly.” Proverbs 5:12b-14

Parents, siblings and friends call us out to raise us up. When I/we fail to be held accountable for our sins, when we don’t repent and turn from those sins, ultimately we will be found out on a larger scale. We will be held accountable in public and more to the point we will be held accountable by God. Pay attention when a parent, loved one or friend points out indiscretion. Turn from those actions, confess to God, repent and believe in Jesus Christ!
